Message Of The Day (MOTD)

Default Laws
1. These are the laws in place when there is no Mayor or Law Board so people can stop complaining about RDA.
2. Raiding is AOS/KOS.
3. Mugging is AOS.
4. Stealing is AOS.
5. Money Printers are AOS/KOS and will be destroyed.
6. Harming other people in the town is AOS/KOS.
7. Weapons are AOS unless gun holder has gun license.
8. Any attempt to assassinate the mayor is KOS.
Note:
ONLY Phillup Flemington, Yutoe, Chubby Chaser, And Chip Chocolate Are Allowed To Use M9K Special Weapons!
If Anyone Is Caught Using Them It Will Be A PERMANENT BAN!
General Rules:
1. Do Not RDM(Random Death Match).
2. Do Not Break NLR(New Life Rule) Must Wait 5 Minutes Before Returning From Where You Died.
3. Do Not CDM(Car Death Match) When You Buy A Car You Have To Disable Collisions.
4. Do Not Run From Admin Sits, It Will Result In A Ban Or Longer Ban.
5. Respect Admins And Other Users.
6 Do Not Mic Spam.
7. No Inappropriate Sprays.
8. Do Not Prop Push/Surf/Climb.
9. Do Not Break FearRP Or FailRP.
10. Money Limit Is 6,000,000, If A Player Is Over You Will Be Reset To 100,000.
Purge Rules:
1. There Can Only Be One Purge Per Hour.
2. Only The Mayor Can Start A Purge.
3. A Purge Can Only Last 10 Minutes.
4. Admins Are Not Allowed To Abuse During a Purge.
Raiding Rules:
1. A Raid Cannot Last Longer Then 5 Minutes Unless It's A PD Takeover/Raid Then It Can Last 20 Minutes.
2. You Can Raid The Same Place Twice But You Must Wait 30 Minutes Before Doing So.
FearRP:
1. Pulling A Gun While Being Mugged.
2. Not Listening To What Your Kidnappers Say.
FailRP:
1. Do Not Drive Into Somebody's Base With A No Collided Vehicle.
2. Act As If You Had That Job In Real Life.
Job Rules:
Citizen:
1. You Are Not Allowed To Raid/Mug/Carjack/Kidnap.
2. You Are Not Allowed To Base With PD Or Criminals.
3. You Are Not Help Criminals In Anyway.
Police/SWAT/FBI:
1. You Are Not Allowed To Raid/Mug/Carjack/Kidnap.
2. You Are Not Allowed To Base Outside The PD.
3. Arrest If You See Someone Mugging/Raiding/Carjacking.
4. You Are Not Allowed To Help Criminals In Anyway.
5. If There Is A PD Takeover/ Raid NLR Does Not Apply To PD/SWAT.
Gangster/Mob Boss/Russian Mafia/Mafia Leader:
1. You Are Not Allowed To Help The PD In Anyway.
2. If You Are Going To Raid/Mug/Carjack You Have To Advert It First.
3.You Are Not Allowed To Base In The PD.
4. If You Are Going To Mug Someone Twice You Must Wait 30 Minutes Before Doing So.
5. If You Are Going To Kidnap Someone twice You Must Wait 30 Minutes Before Doing So.
Gun Dealer:
1. You Are Not Allowed To Raid/Mug/Carjack/Kidnap
2. You Must Make A Gun Shop And Sell To Everyone
3. You Are Allowed To Help The PD By Giving Them Weapons In The PD, But You Are Not Allowed To Do That With Criminals.
4. If You Are Helping The PD Your Gun Store Has To Be In The PD Lobby.
Medic:
1. You Are Not Allowed To Raid/Mug/Carjack/Kidnap.
2. You Are Not Allowed To Base With The PD OR Criminals.
3. You Are Not Allowed To Heal Criminals While There Raiding.
Mayor:
1. You Are Not Allowed To Raid/Mug/Carjack/Kidnap.
2. You Are Only Allowed To Base In The PD.
3. You Must Sell Gun Licenses To Everyone.
Hobo:
1. You Are Not Allowed To Raid/Mug/Carjack/Kidnap.
2. You Are Only Allowed To Base In The Sewers Or Subways.
3. You Can Play Music For People But If They Say Stop Then Stop Otherwise Rule 6.
Drug Dealer:
1. You Are Not Allowed To Base With The PD Or Criminals.
2 You Sell Drugs To Everyone.
3. You Are Not Allowed To Raid/Mug/Carjack/Kidnap.
Car Dealer:
1. You Are Not Allowed To Raid/Mug/Carjack/Kidnap.
2. You Are Not Allowed To Base With PD Or Criminals.
3. You Must Sell To Everyone
Hitman:
1. You Are Not Allowed To Raid/Mug/Carjack/Kidnap
2. You Have To Advert H.A When You Have Accepted A Hit And H.C When You Have Completed A Hit.
Terrorist/Osama Bin Laden:
1. You Are Only Allowed To Raid The PD.
2. You Are Not Allowed To Mug/Carjack.
3. You Are Only Allowed To Kidnap The Mayor.
Staff Rules:
1. As Head Admin You Are Not Allowed To RP At All!
2. As A Thief In Law You Are Not Allowed To Spawn Weapons From The Spawn Menu (Must be done by buying shipments)
3. You Are Not Allowed To Promote Someone Unless You Have An Owners Permission.
4. You Are Not Allowed To Noclip Unless You're Head Admin Or an Admin Situation Occurs, if someone asks for an admin and there are admins in the Head Admin job, let them deal with it and continue RP'ing.
5. You Are Not Allowed To Remove A Persons Rank Unless An Owner Says You Can.
Ban Lengths:
1. RDM - 1 Hour - 3 Weeks (Depending On How Bad).
2. NLR - 1 Hour - 3 Weeks. (Depending On How Many Times Broken)
3. CDM - 2 Hours - 3 Weeks (Depending On How Bad).
4. Random Demote - 1 Hour - 3 Weeks.
Staff Guidelines:
1. Staff members can be kicked / banned with if they break the guidelines to enforce them to read the guidelines.
2. ALL General Rules, Basing Rules, Raiding Rules and Job Rules apply.
3. Do not use ANY sort of admin powers at all while you are role-playing.
4. Do not use ANY Dupes.
5. Do not set ANYONE'S team unless they were unfairly demoted.
6. Do not set your own team(unless it is Thief in Law) for ANY reason at all.
7. Do not self supply using the spawn menu for RP purposes (You may only buy shipments).
8. Do not set ANYONE'S health. You are only allowed to set your own health IF an admin situations occurs.
9. Do not ban ANYONE with no reason or with inappropriate reasons. Reasons such as "faggot, noob", etc will get you banned.
10. Do not kick anyone without an appropriate reason.
11. If you plan to Noclip around the map and check for rule breakers, use the Head Admin job.
12. You can only Noclip or teleport to people if a problem occurs (if someone asks for an admin and there are admins in the Head Admin job, let them deal with it and continue RP'ing).
13. Do not give players back their money if their money got reset.
14. Do not give ANYONE any free money.
15. Do not unban without Phillip's or Chubby's permission. Only Forum Mods+ (Forum Mod, Forum Admin, Forum Owner) have the right to do so IF the appeal is accepted.
16. Do not ask another admin to unban you, both of you will be permanently banned. If you wish to be unbanned for whatever reason, write an appeal on the forum.
17. Reset anyone's money to 100 thousand (100,000) if their money reaches or exceeds 6 million dollars (6,000,000).
18. Do not create random votes, you WILL be kicked for it.
19. Do not make false rules, if a member asks you whether or not they can do this or that, refer to !motd. If caught making fake rules, you can be banned for it. You can suggest a rule in the forums.
20. Do not give, add, remove, or edit any ranks AT ALL. Giving or making a rank to players will result in a permanent ban for you and the promoted user(if he doesn't report about the free rank). You must have permission from Phillip or Chubby to be able to give ANY ranks to ANYONE.
21. Owners are allowed to ban lower ranks if they have prior permission from Phillip or Chubby, Owners are allowed to kick lower ranks ONLY if they are abusing or breaking multiple rules after you warned them.
22. Abusive owners will be instantly banned permanently with no return. Make sure you do your job right.
23. Any staff member breaking any Staff Guidelines will lead to them getting kicked, if it is severe, it will be a ban and/or a demote.
24. If You Are Admin You Can Change Other Admins Material/Color, But They Have to Be At Least Admin.

EDITED: Chubby - 20/01/2014 - Added Staff Guidelines, Default Laws, and fixed a few things
